When Can You Return?

Return Process

- Resolution Options – Depending on the issue, we offer:
- Replacement: We send a new item at no extra cost.
- Partial Refund: If the defect is minor and you choose to keep the item, we offer a discount/refund.
- Full Refund: If the product is unusable due to defects, we issue a full refund after receiving the return.
- Return Shipping:
- If the issue is our mistake, we cover the return shipping cost.
- If you simply change your mind, return shipping is at your expense, and we issue a store credit (not a refund).
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Returns due to personal preference (size, color, or change of mind) are only eligible for store credit (not refunds).
Exceptions

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
